Idaho Stew

1 pound cooked  Hamburger
1 cup diced carrots
1 cup diced potatoes
1 cup diced onions
1 can mushroom soup
1 can tomato soup
1 can milk

bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until carrots and potatoes are tender.
